Book launch

My latest book, Where are the Fellows who Cut the Hay goes on sale on 4th April, and already I’m being asked to speak about the book and events, festivals and bookshops. This is something I’m more than happy to do.

My first appearance will be at the East Anglian Traditional Music spring conference at Stowmarket on Saturday 6th April, closely followed the next day by an afternoon in Blaxhall village hall.

Here we will be unveiling a blue plaque to mark the village’s connection with writer George Ewart Evans and I’ll be in conversation with the newly inducted vicar Rob Leverett about my book, rural life and I suspect a lot more. If you want to come along, it’s free to attend and starts at around 1330.
